I came in because I've been under a lot of stress and I wanted to try the acoustic flow chair stress melt escape. Dr. Nadia guided me through it, and she is lovely. It's super cool and I highly recommend it! I got into a very comfortable chair, put on headphones and an eye mask and reclined. Dr. Nadia is a purely calming and healing presence. I highly recommend trying out the acoustic flow chair. Put me right to sleep and I felt relaxed the entire rest of the day!
