My partner and I moved in here around November. Our old apartment caught fire and we were able to move in very quickly! They were super sweet and accommodating and even got us a “welcome to the community” gift and a gift for our cat! We were also able to do the 1 month free rent deal which was super nice considering we lost all of our things, and had to start all over! Residents are afraid to post reviews for fear of being treated poorly by the office. I'm now out so I can be honest. One star is for maintenance because they are great. The second star is for the apartment itself. It's nice, quiet, and well priced. The office staff can be challenging. Someone was shooting rabbits from their balcony and staff wasn't phased. Prejudiced against the disabled. Waited years for accessibility requests required by law - that never happened. Harassed and threatened by neighbors. Treated like a 3rd class citizen and not allowed to join community portals. This building will be falling apart in a few years. It's made of disposable pieces only designed to work in the 1st dimension.

Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, She responded quickly and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
