This is quite a place! Went in for a tour and it was better than imagined! The rooftop patio is absolutely wonderful, and the two story fitness area is so spacious. Not to mention the leasing assistant, Anuta was insanely helpful and answered all of my questions as well as highlighting the apartments very well. She made sure I felt very secure in knowing all of the info I needed during our tour. When I know when my move is happening this place is definitely on my list of options!!
Management is super nice and very fast to respond to questions you ask them.
We LOVE our home here! Amazing amenities, great neighbors, location, etc. The staff is very festive - there’s a celebration most every month (PI day, chip & dip day, etc). And the maintenance team is the best I’ve ever seen. The management is great combination of straightforward, chill, & friendly. There’s a ridiculous amount of bike/walking trails that connect you to the major bike trails - you can literally bike to Stillwater or 70 miles west - starting from our parking lot. Amazing.

STAY AWAY! (Edit: look at the reply to my review.. no apology other than "sorry you feel this way" there is no "sorry this happened, its unacceptable,etc" PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER, BETTER MANAGED PLACE. Another review on yelp said this place is "lipstick on a pig" go read yelp for real reviews) This place is a facade. They make it look pretty nice on the surface so during your tour you don't notice but please, if you come here look closer. On top of that the property manager does not make me feel like he cares about any issues.... read more
