EDIT: the gates aren't working again (from both levels) and are open 24/7 AGAIN, woke up this morning to find out someone stole the gas from my car. This building is a big joke and I regret moving here every day. How are we supposed to feel safe in a building where they leave the garage doors open 24/7 instead of fixing them? And then this type of thing happens, we pay $50/$75 per month for parking spot and we don't even know if our cars will be there! That’s a big joke.
The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained when my roommate and I arrived. When several things broke during the summer (fridge, air conditioning, washer), the maintenance team responded very quickly. The apartment itself has a lot of great amenities; I particularly enjoyed practicing my violin in the club room on Floor -2 because the space had a lot of natural light and was very open, so the sound reverberated well.
