Diamond has been excellent throughout the process for our unit change. The best thing about her is she takes ample amount of time to make us understand things,guides in the right direction.Its over an year for me , the stay at rize 100% safe secure , reliable and welcoming!
They advertise 3 treadmills in the photos yet took one away months ago without replacing it. 2 is not enough for the number of people who live here. And now one of the two remaining is broken which means there are 10 + people in the gym at once waiting for one treadmill. Considering the fact they keep raising rent you would think they could pay to replace the one they took away and ensure they get fixed in a timely manner. This building treats residents like inconveniences, not people paying premium rent. • Plumbing: Every toilet flush or hot shower triggers violent, wall-shaking pipe bangs, especially in winter. Management’s answer: "We will fix it". They don't. • Broken promises: I moved units after being told the water hammer was “fixed.” The new unit was even worse. I had to move back. Great place! leasing office staff is very professional and pleasant to work with.
My experience in the apartment has been great. The staff are amazing, and I really appreciate how clean everything is truly top notch. Maintenance responds quickly and fixes issues fast. I also love that the staff organize the packages so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for.
