Laine was super helpful and Informative, he took to the time to help me understand the problem and how to fix it. Overall a great experience!
Viviana gave us a tour of the apartment building, and she instantly made us feel at home! We toured a few other places but none of them compared to Rize. She made it so easy to apply for an apartment, and we are looking forward to making Rize our new Home!
My wife and I lived at RiZE for several years and it was pretty much uneventful. I mean that in the most positive way possible! We really didn't have many issues, but when we did the maintenance staff usually arrived within 24 hours (if not the same work day) and were always very helpful / friendly. Our apartment was remarkably quiet... the only time I ever realized we had neighbors was when I would pass people in the hall. My better half and I were in a rush to get moved to Minnesota for a new position, I spent a full weekend touring every place that caught my eye. Rize was the last building on my list to check out. Thinking I would have to settle, I was so pleasantly surprised to be wowed by not only the property, people, and location. But also to feel extremely welcomed and invited to our new home by Viviana. Great staff, great place, friendly people.
I really enjoyed my experience here. The new maintenance guy was especially nice, and really enriched my experience.
