I had a wonderful experience at Riya’s Threading on Ramsey Street! I came in for eyebrow threading and tinting, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My brows look absolutely perfect clean, well-shaped, and the tint is exactly the right shade to complement my features. The staff were very professional and welcoming. Bri took her time to understand what I wanted, and her attention to detail really shows in the final result. I sent you a email Riya on the young lady with the glasses that use the first chair. Two very bad experiences with her. One on 4/26 and the other on 5/24. I thought the second time would have been better but it wasn't.

I went and the service was unusually quick. The girl with the glasses left hair on my lip. She gave me the mirror to look. When I pointed it out the hair to her I noticed I was bleeding in 3 spots. She went to go take out the hairs I pointed out but I said absolutely not. Not going to give that animal another shot and making me bleed more. Couldnt use my 5 dollar off “reward” … of course not I said and I won’t be using it because I won’t be back. I had to go home and finish the job myself.

Terrible service and dirty. Where is Riya?!? Whoever the new lady is she definitely messed up my brows. I don't think I'll be back
