Having recently purchased a VW from Rix Motors I can highly recommend them for customer service and communication. I had decided on the car I wanted and after placing a deposit everything went smoothly. I’ve never purchased a car long distance before so the journey of 300 miles to deliver the car had to be organised too. All went extremely smoothly and VW is in excellent condition. A very friendly team and delightful delivery driver too. Highly recommended.
Bit gutted. Turned up to see a car and we weren't even allowed to test drive it (got fobbed off! We were asked to test drive some where else and come back when you want it! Lol .. not like we are teens 40+ here). Could even have proved the money (full balance for the car in the bank) to pay for it! .. but no... Guessing, the test pilots have ruined it for others! I had an amazing experience with Rix Motor Company! I reserved a Fiesta, but plans changed unexpectedly, and I had to cancel. The team was absolutely fantastic, sorted my refund quickly and without any hassle. Their professionalism and friendly approach made everything easy. Can’t recommend them enough, and I’d definitely choose them again!
