When I called the front desk to make an appointment I explained to the front desk lady my situation and that I was previously on a medication with my primary doctor and needed to move over to a psychiatrist for medication management for it now. She assured me that it would not be an issue. I then get to the appointment and first off, I had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Things have changed since Brook left. I had been seeing one dr monthly, then all of a sudden another dr, I had never met was controlling my medication. I’ve had trouble because of them withholding my medication. Then they sent in the medication for May, when I never got part of Aprils medication. It does no good to receive treatment when they won’t send in your medication properly.
