Tyler was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and right at home! The amenities are wonderful and well maintained.
When we first moved in it wasn’t bad but when they started doing construction we got an ant infestation. We pay for pest control but we still got badly infested. The community was always covered in dog feces and smelled like urine. Despite claiming to be a nonsmoking community and numerous complaints they didn’t nothing about neighbors smoking inside their apartment which would make my entire apartment smell of smoke, especially my son’s room. Many times we forget to take accountability and responsibility because of feeling entitled to particular services. We had to move out before our lease ended because their was a mice infestation. They would not do anything about it, the manager said it was normal. Really bad living experience during our time living there.
