Couldn’t fault RivSteel , the service was unreal. They kept us in the loop from start to finish and made the whole process stress free. The trailer is really solid and well built, and great knowing it was made locally. Lovely people to deal with! Highly recommend!
Apon arrival to pick up new trailer was told prior that it was ready to go just needed taillights installed. Arrived to the trailer being half completed to a below average standard and told by the owner I shouldn’t have been told it was ready to go and I would need to come back at 5pm to pick up I raised concerns with him of the wiring issues and rear taillight section being bent up and offered to bend it back with the forklift or “you can have another trailer built but you’ll have to wait 12weeks” staff putting the trailer’... read more
Purchased 12x7 trailer from diesel dirt turf expo at eastern creek from the boys at Riv steel. I explained what I was wanting to use the trailer for and was assured it would hand it not a worry. After owning it for ten days I loaded the machine I had on lease onto the trailer which I was told the trailer would definitely handle the weight and then was also re assured with the engineer compliance certification which ensures the trailer is built to a minimum standard the plate states (1430kg tare) with a (3500kg ATM) leaving 2... read more
