Good ideas. Poorly executed first time I took my trailer out after 3-4 hours lights started playing up with the car - being a vw I blamed the car. After the trailer wiring melting together and nearly catching fire a couple hours further down the road I realised that all the connections in the trailer were only single insulated with tape. Looked good and towed good that’s where it gets its 3 stars but the fit and finish left me wanting
Only open 9 to 12 on a Saturday but 8 to 5 on new years eve and closed on sunday? If you only wanna work for 3 hours just stay at home ya cowboys
Couldn’t fault RivSteel , the service was unreal. They kept us in the loop from start to finish and made the whole process stress free. The trailer is really solid and well built, and great knowing it was made locally. Lovely people to deal with! Highly recommend!
Apon arrival to pick up new trailer was told prior that it was ready to go just needed taillights installed. Arrived to the trailer being half completed to a below average standard and told by the owner I shouldn’t have been told it was ready to go and I would need to come back at 5pm to pick up I raised concerns with him of the wiring issues and rear taillight section being bent up and offered to bend it back with the forklift or “you can have another trailer built but you’ll have to wait 12weeks” staff putting the trailer’... read more
