I suffer from whiplash and post concussion symptoms with alot of pain. Came here for an appointment after being referred by Mississauga hospital. Was expecting a callback from clinic in a few weeks, but received a callback on February, 2026 and got an appointment for next week. This clinic and the doctor here are unprofessional and rude. I visited pain Clinic two weeks ago. I have a very positive experience Doctor Leon Rivilin was very proffessional, compassionate and very patient . Explaining my procedure in details. I felt comfortable and supported while i was in his office. The nurse Kathleen was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this clinic!
Dr Sofan Alsamak has great knowledge experience and patience. The minute I enter the room I feel secure he is going to treat me as patient 😌 And the receptionist and nurses are very compassionate and they go extra miles to do their best 👌 Dr Alsamak is the best and the best thank you for helping me with pain.
STAFF ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE PHYSICIANS NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON: Absolutely unprofessional and horrible customer service. Truly the best nurses in the city. They have the best decorations, the greatest style, the warmest smiles and the most refreshing energy. I honestly feel so much love when I come here, they are wonderful and professional but they also have the hospitality and humanity the world needs now.
