Receptionist were so rude. Called to cancel my appointment as i am dizzy, she told me to call a day before cancellation and i replied i didnt want to feel dizzy this day aside from the pain that i need to see the doctor --she replied, okay whatever you want to say. Such an unprofessional. Date 10/21 at 8:58am whoever are you hope you dont feel the way i am feeling right now. I understand your job but be careful with your words.
Dr.Saikin is absolutely amazing, so far with the journey of my back I have never had a doctor speak to me the way he does, he speaks to me, not at me, not around me, he allows my input and questions, explains everything that's going on, he is the only one I have met so far that I can actually trust to give me the proper answers and even if I'm right or wrong he still allows my input and works with me to make me feel even more trusting. He's an amazing doctor! Great doctor amazing!
Since getting treatment at this clinic my life has improved both mentally & physically. Thank you.
I must share my experiences with this clinic, as I believe the staff to be shockingly incompetent, and the doctor there to be irresponsible. I suffer from chronic pain in my lower spine and down both thighs. I have great difficulty walking. X-Rays proved I have osteoarthritis. Had a few months of chiropractic care, but this only had a temporary, relatively minimal effect.
