This is based on my experience. Kennebec behavioral health provides a needed service to the mentally disabled. But as a family member waiting for an inheritance at plane is horrible! We were notified of a family member small inheritance. We followed their instructions to fill out affidavits. We were told a check would be mailed out to each of us three sisters.
