I brought my 2016 Odyssey in for a repair to the sliding door. It was an unusual repair because of what had to be done. The service advisor, Breanna, worked with me over a few phone calls to figure out what the service tech could do to repair it without having to make a visit to a body shop first. I had a positive experience with this dealership last weekend. Cody thank you for answering all my questions and arranging the test drive. Your excellent product knowledge and low pressure sales tactics were very helpful and refreshing after visiting a couple of other dealerships. I would definitely recommend Cody if you are in the market for a Honda.
I tend to favour dealerships with certified pre owned inventory. Less chance of VIN issues. I found this dealer friendly and willing to deal. After sales service is an added bonus. Definitely would do business here again.
