I made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle for first thing Saturday morning. I drove in from Ottawa. The car apparently was sold Friday afternoon but no one could be bothered to call me and tell me not to come.
Recently had new tires put on in a different establishment and never again will I take my car anywhere then Rally Honda. After having my tires balanced once I still noticed something wasn’t right and bad vibrations, Rally Honda service staff was quick to help fit me in. My tires were so out of balance it was insane, thanks to Shane and the rest of the team of Rally Honda for making my ride home much more smooth. Top notch service! I’m extremely impressed with the service I received at the Honda dealership in Smith Falls. I ordered parts and they arrived the next day as promised. Shane went beyond the call of duty and helped with installation the same day I picked up the rails. Thank you so much for the great service!!
