Back in March I was looking into trading up. Rally Honda did a thorough evaluation of my Jeep, noting repairs needed, and still gave me a reasonable offer. But it was really Scott Cyr, in sales, that helped me zero in on what I was looking for. Without any pressure, he highlighted Honda's advantages with lots of info on other makes. It was nice for a senior like me to come home with a Red folder with all the info to mull over. (and no bothersome phone calls!) And if my wife wants to get another Honda, we'll be calling Scott.
