December 16, 2021 my back tire picked up a screw somewhere along the line. We didn't realize there was a problem until the CRV alerted us to low tire pressure. It was quite late in the day but when I called Rivington Rally Honda they told me to drop in and they'd check it out. At that point I hadn't seen that there was an actual puncture and thought it might just be a faulty tire pressure sensor. No such luck for me! If Rally Honda were a hockey team, Shane Loyer would be the veteran captain, the guy who calms the bench, fixes everyone’s mistakes, and somehow still finds time to sharpen skates in the back. Just bought a new Honda CRV through Scott Cyr - friendly, relaxed, professional service and quick and easy process. Will go to Rivington first when we shop for our next vehicle.
Had my CRV serviced; they are quick, efficient and friendly. First time using their service department and came from the Kingston area to try them out; I was very pleased. My hometown service is nowhere as Good as Rivington Rally Honda.
