James was amazing, very informative, of what was wrong , talked me through every step of the way , looking forward to next visit .
Was in quite a lot of difficulty overnight with a reoccurring back problem, phoned reception first thing, and found it was difficult to book the necessary 1hr appointment as I was classed as a 1st time patient, not good when I then would have to get through the next 3 days. However a super receptionist, offered to speak to the chiropractor and get back to me. She was true to her word and managed to get me an appointment with Rob. I made an appointment at the Paignton wellbeing centre for September 12th as the NHS physiotherapy department in Torbay could not see me until the 24th November. Almost 3 months to see a physiotherapist for a painful ongoing problem is too long to wait so I took the alternative route. I was seen by Dr Max Burrows who discussed my problem & set about his business in manipulating the troubled area.
