I am a big fan of Riviera - especially their North Dallas location. Parking is so easy, customer service is great and the service providers are so friendly and amazing. The products they use are great as well and I bought a full regimen of them!
I visited Riviera Spa during a girls' trip to Dallas, where my friend scheduled massages for all of us. When we first arrived, we sat in the waiting room and were offered complimentary mimosas or champagne; we opted for champagne. While waiting, we decided to ask for robes. We felt that this should have been offered to us after we checked in, but may have been an oversight.
