Thank you so much Riviera Spa!! I booked a group massage this past Saturday to celebrate my sister’s birthday … Tatiayna > the manager was nothing short of Amazing! 1st off I would like to personally thank tytiana ( I think thats the spelling) she went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. We had a party of 6 ALL of us enjoyed our MTs.I had Steve I will be back and personally request him.His hands are soft yet strong .I was having neck and lower back pains before I came ,I left feeling refreshed. The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing also , the other guests that were waiting were so nice,they engaged in conversation. All in all I'll give this place 1000/10
This was our second and third visit here. Very disappointing compared to our first visit. The staff did not seem to care we were even there. There were changes made to our reservations without updates. Unanswered emails. For the price, you would expect great customer service. We come from out of state for other things and schedule this as a self-care bonus. May need to try somewhere else next time we come.
Had an amazing deep tissue massage from Celeste. The staff is wonderful from the moment you step in the doors and I can’t wait to try other services.
Had the best experience as my first prenatal massage. Amanda was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and knew all the spots that I needed work on. I definitely will be coming back!
