We booked a time-sensitive appointment for today, partly based on reviews praising Cuyler's punctuality and reliability. He never showed, and calls and texts went unanswered. We're now forced to book a Saturday appointment with another plumber at a higher cost. The no-show disrupted my work schedule as well.
