Be careful with this one. I've used a number of plumbers at my rental properties and house to great satisfaction with the work and the business practices. This plumber gave me an estimate for a job that seemed pretty routine - hooking up a softener/purification system. The company did a good job, but even though the estimate said it included all work and materials (without a rate quoted - which I should have demanded be in the quote), but then when the invoice came, it was nearly double the estimate.
