Worked with Cuyler a few times to do multiple plumbing jobs. He's very efficient, reliable, and doesn't charge a ridiculous amount by the hour like some other plumbing companies do. He also helped check all plumbing around the house for leaks or issues that could cause a leak in the future and was able to protect my home from a potential pipe bursting in the future from a defective water pressure regulator. Highly recommend for any plumbing jobs!

We booked a time-sensitive appointment for today, partly based on reviews praising Cuyler's punctuality and reliability. He never showed, and calls and texts went unanswered. We're now forced to book a Saturday appointment with another plumber at a higher cost. The no-show disrupted my work schedule as well.

Riviera Plumbing recently installed a smart toilet in my primary bath, including removal of the existing fixture. Cuyler's detailed assessment made me confident this team would manage the job, and I appreciated getting a free estimate. Carlos did the work on the day. He arrived already briefed on the specifics, was amenable to all my questions, and kept the work area super spotless. Highly recommend this team for their attention to detail and clean installation.

Needed a plumber same-day but our plumber couldn’t come for days. Called Riviera and there was a plumber there in 1 hour! Problem solved!

Riviera was very responsive: their automated system booked an appointment with very little lead time, they texted me ahead of arrival and arrived just on time. They were helpful inspecting and presenting options. We'll use them again.
