Be careful with this one. I've used a number of plumbers at my rental properties and house to great satisfaction with the work and the business practices. This plumber gave me an estimate for a job that seemed pretty routine - hooking up a softener/purification system. The company did a good job, but even though the estimate said it included all work and materials (without a rate quoted - which I should have demanded be in the quote), but then when the invoice came, it was nearly double the estimate. Cuyler is very kind, thorough and responsive. He's helped us with multiple fixes and always gets out there right away and comes back promptly if needed.
