Lived here 12 years. Not a beautiful park but cheap enough. However, with the new Management company, Lakeshore, my view of the park has gone totally downhill. Anytime a park claims you use over 300,000 (yes that isn't a typo) of water in a month (that's the size of a 90ft pool 14ft deep) and REFUSES to admit it was an error in their monthly calculations, that Anyone can readily see, and still charges you $500+ INCLUDING late fees, then there is something really questionable going on with that company and/or employees.
