What a gastly place. We were there for a week, only given 1 towel each and when we asked for another they wanted to charge us $5. When we left they charged us a cleaning fee because they claimed we put some blue paint on the couch! We were on holidays, where would we get blue paint from? I do not recommend this place and would not go back. For the money they charge, it's definitely not worth it and Im sure Mackay has much better places to stay. Just awful

Disgusting and disappointing service They charged us $25 to clean a towel because it had makeup transfer on it, the type you would expect if you simply wiped your hands or face that had makeup residue on it. Very easy to wash and pretty standard. It’s not like a bottle of makeup was spilled on it, it was slight residue. They also charge $7 a day for parking and rarely is the so called secure car park roller door closed. Pretty pathetic

Central to shops and resteraunts and the lagoon. Booked on @booking.com for $190.00 - You get what you pay for.. Tropical North Queensland and both aircons didnt work???? Fans on "high" still stinking hot in the apartment. Cheap filthy chairs out on the balcony. After lying down on the couch I got an incredibly irritated rash on my neck 🤢 someone elses hair in the sink.. Dont reccomend - would've rathered a cheap motel room to this
