So I recently purchased a flexsteel recliner here. Heather spent time with me to help me figure out what recliner would meet our needs. She is an ultimate professional and knows a lot about leather. She has great communication skills and is very responsive to answering questions with good information. I can't say enough great things about her. She is a super great sales representative.
