started off being told this was only a 2 day job so we can list our house for sale.. after 4 days they finally brought in a 3rd guy to help finish the job. every single day they left TRASH all over my house.. soda bottles, cups, nails, 5 gal buckets fully of water and what ever else... etc. they ran out the door all days and left the house and front yard in absolutely despicable conditon... tools left all over, nails, including tac straips all over.. They go in and out of the house in the course of doing the installation. Flooring is considered construction and therefore it is a dirty, messy job. First and foremost their customer service! Price is important to me, however, I need someone to acknowledge my presence with at least eye contact. Whether the employees are on the phone or speaking to another customer I have always been acknowledged. There was a small issue with one of my rooms after the job was completed, I placed a call and within a few days the correction was made.
