started off being told this was only a 2 day job so we can list our house for sale.. after 4 days they finally brought in a 3rd guy to help finish the job. every single day they left TRASH all over my house.. soda bottles, cups, nails, 5 gal buckets fully of water and what ever else... etc. they ran out the door all days and left the house and front yard in absolutely despicable conditon... tools left all over, nails, including tac straips all over.. Amanda Monaco - We are so sorry that our installers caused you so much grief. They are there to do a job - tools, nails, tack srips, caulking and tool boxes are all part of doing their job. They go in and out of the house in the course of doing the installation. Flooring is considered construction and therefore it is a dirty, messy job. RecommendedRich and Chevy came to my house to install carpet and laminate flooring. They were so personable and friendly and they did an awesome job in a timely manor. I would recommend Riviera Floor Covering to anyone interested in no hassle installation.

First and foremost their customer service! Price is important to me, however, I need someone to acknowledge my presence with at least eye contact. Whether the employees are on the phone or speaking to another customer I have always been acknowledged. There was a small issue with one of my rooms after the job was completed, I placed a call and within a few days the correction was made. I just had to write a review for this wonderful family owned company. From the time we walked into their showroom where we were warmly greeted by Kathy, one of the owners to son, Brendon who set up an appointment for an estimate and helped us with the selection of samples of the vinyl we wanted, to Ruben, owner and their awesome crew who showed up on time the first day to install our new floor we couldn't have made a better choice.
