Was pretty disheartened by my first visit here. I have an extensive post surgical issue in my nose I have been fighting since December of last year. I called Riviera ENT to ensure they accept my insurance and co firmed the copay would only amount to $40. I visited Riviera ENT and waited for the doctor to come into my room, which was about 20 minutes. Can’t say enough positive things about my experience here. Patty at the front desk is my hero; she went above and beyond to help me with scheduling and insurance and to have someone help you advocate for yourself is so rare and most appreciated! Dr. Culver was professional and communicative and efficient and very knowledgeable. Dr. Tylor and her team at Riviera ENT were fantastic. She patiently walked us through every step, fixed our daughter’s ear deformity using EarWell in just four weeks, and helped with a tongue and lip tie too. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and followed up regularly. We really can’t recommend them enough!
stephanie culver was one of the worst doctors I’ve ever encountered and she seemed like a terribly socialized person in general. She was extremely impatient and condescending, kept snapping back at my questions and dismissing things I said. Our appointment was one of the most uncomfortable visit I’ve ever had with a doctor and I recommend seeking your care elsewhere.
