Me and my kids love it. To bad there isnt a playground but besides that it's quite and beautiful and good neighbors love the outdoors best move from ABQ
I have lived here for nearly 4 years and love it. I even came from Corrales and the Bosque and our acre. We had to give up Corrales, but Riviera de Sandia fits perfectly. The mountains and the wildlife and the weather are very healing. This is home.
