When I arrived I expected a section dedicated to an assortment of doughnuts, but when I walked in I could not find the doughnuts. After I asked how does ordering work she pointed at a card with all the doughnuts. I picked the he jelly filled. Then she opened a small container like the one you get your kids free cookie from pubix from the back counter. No glaze , no powdered sugar it was just stale bread with jelly in the middle😒
Ordered the rolled ice cream for my kiddos, they both asked for hot fudge as a topping. First the girls were like trying to talk us out of the rolled ice cream as the flat top “would take 5-10 mins to get ready” which it did not, then when adding the hot fudge that was not ready at all and very cold they put their ice cream back in the cooler while they scooped two tiny cold scoops of hot fudge from the lid and slid it on top the kids ice cream, then proceeded to charge me 3$ for the cold barely any “hot fudge” I didn’t say ... read more
Had 1 person working on a July evening. Waited several minutes without being asked what we wanted. Won't be returning here. Too many options around. Do better
I got the grossest smoothie and pina colada ever. Also in no world should any drink be $13. Stood there for about 15 minutes waiting while there was only 1 girl doing everything. Not good, long wait, too expensive.
