From the the sales floor to the installation, the expierence was very comfortable and professional. David and Cainen did a excellent job laying the carpet, exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.
I would give this place a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR RATING. THEY ARE LIARS AND ONCE LAID MY CARPET DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN IT UP, WENT TO CLEAN IT AND FOUND SPILT GLUE AND CALLED THEM OUT TO FIX AND THEY BLAMED EVERYTHING BUT THEM. MANAGER NEVER RETURNS YOUR CALL AND THEY SAY HE IS NEVER IN THE SHOP! RIGHT!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, A BUNCH OF LIARS AND WILL NEVER SHOP OR SPEND A DIME THERE EVER AGAIN
