Great hotel for those who love the beach and exploring the city sights. Pool with spas was a distance from our room was the only issue. But our room was very clean and comfortable met all our needs.
So far this is definitely my favorite Hilton resort, why? Because the ocean view balcony room was so spacious & clean. The one bedroom rental I was in had a living room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom with a full kitchen with stove top without oven, full bbq gas grill on balcony, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, full refrigerator, round four seated dining table, pull out sofa in living room, coffee maker, two TVs, one in bedroom and one in the living room, friendly helpful staff, nice pool, nice gym, across from ocean, free ... read more
Customer service the way it used to be — and then some! My experience with Hilton Vacation Club Riviera Beach & Shores reminded me that genuine hospitality and old-fashioned customer service are still alive and well. I had a special request during my stay, and the entire team stepped up to make me feel heard, appreciated, and right at home. Went for a mid-week getaway. Had a spacious, comfortable, and quiet ocean front room. Staff was friendly and had helpful recommendations for food and activities. They were undergoing substantial renovations and upgrades that should be completed soon. Lots of on-site amenities, including two pools, hot tubs, pool table, ping pong table, a market, and an arcade room with games and shuffleboard table.
The really nice sales lady in gift shop was so awesome. She was so friendly, she even tried on a hoodie for me so I could see how it looked! I bought it because of her. Great job!
