This is a wonderful location to get some rest and relaxation. The staff promptly fulfilled any requests we had. The holidays are crowded. The elevator in our building was broken so the stairways were busy. This caused extra noise. Anyone staying there please know that when you let the door slam behind you it is very loud in the rooms near the stairs.
There is a lady, Nancy who works in trying to sell u timeshares. She was so rude and thought she was all high n mighty and treated us like we were just nobody's. The hotel was not a place to stay if u even think of buying in on a timeshare, because at least the room we were in was horrible.I was there with my friend and her husband and there's only one bathroom, which meant I had to go through their bedroom to get to there. Trees blocked my view.
