Reserved a 2 Queen 1 King Suite room months prior only to arrive and be told that they gave our room away and instead provided us with a downgrade to 2 twin beds and no ocean view. When attempting to address the issue we were only offered a Hilton Points (strange to assume I would want to stay again). Contacted Hilton and was told it would be escalated, but received no contact after that point. My Wife reserved a room for us at this facility in February, 2026, paid in full for the room on June 19th, and discovered that our reservation was inexplicably cancelled on June 22nd, after we'd already arrived in the area on the 27th and were 1,200 miles from home. After contacting the location's staff, we were informed that the issue existed with Booking.com, however, after reaching out to them, they proved to us they hadn't touched a thing. honestly the patio area just wasnt clean at all when we got there ... service was decent but NEVER coming back because of it. such a bummer becuase the location is pretty nice. wish they would take better care of teh place.
