My Wife and I went to check some of the Rivian Vehicles yesterday and We were so glad We did, the Burbank Location was awesome, We received a great customer Service and care. Arthur was very cool and very nice, He Welcomed us first then he called Andrea the salesperson who helped us out, She was so knowledgeable about all of Rivian Cars, im personally in love with Cars, She explained everything about the Vehicles and She let me test drive one and the experience was amazing 👏. Everything was pretty great until I showed up to check out. My Rivian had a “critical battery issue” that left me stranded on a Sunday afternoon. Rivian arranged for a tow truck to take it to the service center on Monday, and they provided Uber credits, which were really helpful. On Tuesday, I reached out to the service center to see if they had a loaner vehicle available — they did, so I used the Uber credits to get there. Getting the loaner was quick and easy. I recently got the car from the service centre, none of my issues being handled properly without any communication, They didn't even bother to give a car a wash as it was sitting at the service centre in dust. I also noticed dust scratches on frunk which eventually happened at the service centre. I had a far far better experience at El Segundo location a few months back instead of Burbank service centre.

Excellent service. Arthur was my service advisor and was able to expedite a suspension repair on my R1T. Great communication. Returned my R1T cleaned and charged. Excellent customer service. Very clean facility as well.
