Great service, vehicle is beautiful/clean/fixed, and it’s SO nice to have a new SC close to home. 10/10
Glad to have a Rivian service center closer to home in Martinez. Took my R1S in for a tire rotation, and was helped by Loewe straight away. I originally had a mobile service appointment, but they weren’t able to accomplish the task due to new jacks they were provided and the slope of my street. I’m glad they didn’t try and jack the car up because I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to come into Martinez. They had the tires rotated in less than 30 minutes and I was out of there in under an hour; after their additional checks.... read more
