Awesome folks here, set me up with the car and told me about a secret Electrify America charger not on maps next to my house
Only been there twice, but they always have their stuff together. My only feedback would be to please get a Level 3 charger. I'm 'on fumes' (lol) when I get there since it's a few hour drive and if it's same-day service, I have to charge it elsewhere before I can drive home. Makes for a very long day up and back. Otherwise, the people working there are great.
Always an exceptional experience at the Rivian service center in St. Louis Park. Son, Charlie, and the rest of the staff are exceptional. They are knowledgeable, considerate, well-spoken, and focus on the needs and concerns of the customers. The general service experience with Rivian has been impressive, too. I recently had some warranty work done on my R1S and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with the MN Service center. Unfortunately I live nearly 200 miles from the service center and I was very worried about how the service experience was going to go given my distance from them, but I cannot say enough good things about the people at the service center.
