I recently had some warranty work done on my R1S and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with the MN Service center. Unfortunately I live nearly 200 miles from the service center and I was very worried about how the service experience was going to go given my distance from them, but I cannot say enough good things about the people at the service center. Unbelievable customer service 5 Stars
This service center is the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer/service center. Sun and Charles are nice, and considerate, they remember people and are always happy to chat about any subject, up and coming rivian features, or existing features. They knew I had to drive across the city to pick up my truck and made sure it was done early in the day so I didn't need to worry about traffic.
