I purchased and serviced my R1s here and had great experience! Karla helped me with purchasing, she was very friendly, helpful and patient throughout the entire process. We just went for a demo drive but she sold it to us! Unfortunately two days after our delivery the car went into turtle mode and had to be towed back to the service center. I just drove from the west side of the San Fernando Valley to the east side in Burbank to view the R2 …the gentleman currently looking at the car said it was OK for me to look at it with him and this young girl in a white blouse and jeans came out and told me sorry you have to go online to book your time. the guy said it was OK if I was there with him and she still proceeded to kick me out then proceeded to tell me that I should book online but there’s no availability for God knows how long since it’s a new vehicle. I have had nothing but absolutely top notch experiences at the Burbank service center with my R1S. They have always been incredibly courteous, communicative, friendly, and helpful. Their work has always been quality as well. I’ve never left having to return for the same issue, and every service tech I’ve worked with has gone above and beyond in caring for my vehicle. My 2025 R1S has gone into service here 7 times for various issues. Almost every single time I come to pick up the vehicle, I leave with an issue unresolved or a new issue present. When I ask them to fix it they just schedule me a new service appointment. I picked up my 2025 R1S in September 2024. It has had a total of 12 service appointments now, both mobile and service center. Today’s service appointment should have been simple.
