I always get good service here. I've had my R1T in for warranty repairs and they are good at communicating and getting me a rental while I don't have my truck.

I made a reservation in the Rivian app to bring my car to the Burbank location to address four things: a courtesy inspection, a defective interior trim panel (i.e., panel adjacent to the windshield popped off of its attachment), a defective right rear window trim (exterior belt molding), and tire rotation. My Wife and I went to check some of the Rivian Vehicles yesterday and We were so glad We did, the Burbank Location was awesome, We received a great customer Service and care. Arthur was very cool and very nice, He Welcomed us first then he called Andrea the salesperson who helped us out, She was so knowledgeable about all of Rivian Cars, im personally in love with Cars, She explained everything about the Vehicles and She let me test drive one and the experience was amazing 👏.
