Google asked me about this place like it's a regular store. It's weird to have a high profile dealership in the middle or the worst driving city in the world. But they did a good job. Just can't test highway driving.

We got stuck in traffic heading to our 6 PM R2 test drive yesterday. We got there around 6:35PM and they close at 7:00. Zach was manning the office and made the time to show us the car and send us on a test drive without any hassle at all! Love the car and can't say enough about the customer service that Zach provided! Looking forward to adding another Rivian to our household!

Came to check out the R2 because I did the reservation early on and visiting Boston as our own location does not have it yet. We already own the R1S and was very interested in adding the R2. Asked the staff some questions and they could not even look away from their laptop screen. Others came in after and were also completely ignored. What a lackluster experience.

I felt misled on the price — and honestly, I didn't see this coming. As a DTC brand, I expected a straightforward buying experience, not the kind of bait-and-switch you'd find at a traditional dealership.
