This was the worst customer service I have encountered, like they were really trying that I never buy a Rivian in my life. If this is the customer service before I bought the car, I wonder what it is like once I have bought it.
Came in today to get some answers of a car I want to purchase but the fact that no one came to help me seems so odd. They were just on their phones at the table and I was just left to wondering 🤔. I did like they had the cars in the office to actually see what I been wanting to see. They need to hire new people with better attention to customers despite how they look.
