Poor customer care lady employee while helping us left us in the middle of nowhere and start talking to someone else. And the black back dude with fluffy hair was very disrespectful and his actions were discriminatory.

There used to be a great self service garage in Kirkland called Stews garage. You could book it by the hour for a reasonable price, they had the lifts, tools, fluid recycling, it was awesome. Then rivian came in with their fat checkbook and booked it solid forcing out everyone who wanted to save money by fixing their own car. Thanks a lot rivian, your ugly trucks cost 80k, build your own garage.
