Fantastic experience. Shannon was very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. Took her time to talk to me and my wife regarding R2. Location is inside open shopping center and very convenient.

Rivian has great finishes but the technology within it and the infotainment system is just lack luster which is really unfortunate because I like the body of the vehicles. Also, not everyone working there is knowledgeable about their own vehicles. I asked two questions that I got wrong answers to so I asked a third that I already knew the answer to and he also answered that one wrong. Must be nice to have a relaxed job of standing at the door with little knowledge of the product they represent.
