I went for a test drive today 12/5/25. I was running late due to crazy traffick and 3 buses that I was on terminating service to Williamsburg Bridge Plaza. Elvis was my point of contact and he is an excellent customer service representative/salesman. He had explained everything to me in great detail and is extremely confident in his knowledge of the vehicles which made me more comfortable than the first time I test drove a vehicle at that location. I am considering purchasing a Rivian vehicle because of this experience.
Please be professional and nice with Customer. You guys have a nice regional manager. Her name is Jessica. I don’t have any complain. Just five star.

Matt and AZ made my R1T purchase the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They sat with me for two days while I chose different colors, accessories, wheels. Never got impatient or upset! They were so cool and it was truly an incredible experience compared to all my other car buying experiences. Promote those guys, they are truly awesome employees and would want them working at my company!
