My initial experience was great, friendly, prompt, etc. As i became more serious about purchasing, the veneer started to peel. it all about crumbled completely the more money became the fixation. the deposit paywall to transparency should give anyone pause. Why predicate credit decisions (by proxy) on paying a fee? then the constant "i'll text you, don't call me" culture did the experience in. To me this company is 90% branding, 10% credible operations. Sunday well spent at the Denver R2 Block Party ☀️ Good music, good people, and finally saw the Rivian R2 up close.
Nice to see the new R2 but the event was not well organized and there were too many people for the space. Parking was also a challenge and expensive at $20 for only 2 hours. Tried unsuccessfully to find street parking. Rivian needs to address this in their invitation.
Fantastic experience! Ask for Morgan. He knows his stuff, and is very kind. It’s hard not to order one of these after the test drive.
