Had an amazing experience at the Rivian Studio in Venice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and everything went smoothly. A special thanks to Adam, who helped me get a great deal and made it possible to take delivery of my vehicle the very next day. Truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend this location!
Do not buy a Rivian. Hydraulic leak that wasn't on my dash is now in shop for two weeks and hasn't been seen yet. Enterprise said they give out 30 cars a day to Rivian in Dallas. Buy a rivian if you want to be in a rental car for two months and never see your 100k car! posting on every Rivian dealership until they stop selling cars they can't fix
The biggest favor that anyone could have done for me in the last year would have been to convince me not to get a Rivian. The customer service is ridiculously unresponsive. They changed the sounds system so the sound system in the car I received was wildly inferior to the one in the car that I test drove. It is practically unusable and I suspect they purposefully give people test drives in cars with the only sound system.
