Jason is the man! He was patient, explained and answered every question. What blows me away is Rivian lets you demo unaccompanied. You get to truly make your own adventure. I test drove both the Lucid Air and Gravity, but was dismayed by the software. They are better cars in terms of 'hardware' but their software is several years behind. Rivian R1S on the other hand worked flawlessly. I loved autonomous driving on 405 and 10, and even let the car change lanes. Had an amazing experience at the Rivian Studio in Venice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and everything went smoothly. A special thanks to Adam, who helped me get a great deal and made it possible to take delivery of my vehicle the very next day. Truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend this location!
Do not buy a Rivian. Hydraulic leak that wasn't on my dash is now in shop for two weeks and hasn't been seen yet. Enterprise said they give out 30 cars a day to Rivian in Dallas. Buy a rivian if you want to be in a rental car for two months and never see your 100k car! posting on every Rivian dealership until they stop selling cars they can't fix
