We had a great experience docking there! Staff was friendly. Brandon helped us launch our boat and Paige was very happy to help from getting us situated with a tube to tow behind the boat to pumping gas. Highly recommend them!

Service was great right from the start. Decided last night we wanted to get a boat and do the chain of lakes. I really wanted that boat with the slide but of course it was gone since we waited until the last second. Oh well next time we will plan ahead. Got there this morning and the young girl working the counter was very sweet and very knowledgeable and ran us through all the important info. Rivett’s cancellation policy is unreasonable. Direct quote from their manager “once we have your money we don’t refund it.” Wouldn’t use them again unless you know exactly what you want. Boats had poor stereo that was blown out by another renter, when we asked to swap, they said “we don’t guarantee the stereo works!!” When the seat cushions were removed they had potato chips and dirt which shows how they just sweep for the next person without fully cleaning.
I can't say enough about these people. They are amazing! They definitely go way above and beyond to help. I would not hesitate to rent or buy a boat from them as I am sure they would provide the best customer service! I wish more businesses would follow their business model!
