Excellent experience. Could not have been better. Shane explain carefully everything that needed to be done. Answered all my questions with patience. And did the repairs necessary.. the lady who spoke with me on the phone was considerate listen to my concerns, accurately repeated them and was very pleasant. We've used Rivet multiple times this summer for general sprinkler work and help. Everything from leaky heads to adjusting angles. They're easy to book online, they almost always can come within the same week if not the next day, and their communication service is great The workers are kind and personable. They respect the home and yards, and are flexible with schedules (like if they're coming during work or if you have to leave while they're still working.
