If at all possible go with another builder or monitor the actual building of your home with a magnifying glass. Those that I dealt with lack integrity and professionalism many times. The actual construction manager employed undocumented and/or low skill leveled workers to do the work. I'm still finding mistakes here and there. Their measurements were off, bad paint jobs, and etc. When I would drive by there were always empty boxes of beer, beer cans and bottles thrown around in the yard.
