I usually see Megan at the clinic and after an ER visit and needing a follow up I was scheduled to see Faith. I have to say Faith was great, very kind and great bedside manner. The nurse Tabitha I believe was her name absolutely RUDE. First started with walking into a room that had the door open with my chart opened. She treated me like I was an idiot and like I was out to get something, she apparently doesn’t like her job. I will be filing a complaint.
If you're looking for a better place for health care, look no further! We have been coming here from Grand Rapids for over a year now and we are so happy we did! It is a God Send for us!
I went into the ER today for symptoms of the influenza and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by a pleasant reception lady who took my info and then I think I sat in the waiting room maybe 10 minutes and they came for me. Took me back and wow I was impressed by how busy it was for all these doctors and nurses and they just kept going and explained everything to me. My doctor was amazing and had me in and out in a few hours feeling a whole lot better. I will definitely be transferring to Aitkin.
While visiting my family for Christmas, unfortunately I came down with an illness that required admission to the hospital. From Dr. Bostrom in the ER, to Dr. Muller in the hospital and my excellent nurse Jeremiah, the entire care team was extremely attentive to my needs and made me feel right at home for the holidays! Though I do not hope for anyone to come down with something while in town, if you do, I'm sure you will find Riverwood to be a cozy place to recover!
Had scheduled cataract surgery on December 3rd and I was best described as a 69 year old man scared out of his mind with worry. Only to discover a wonderfully skilled staff that had me at ease and walked through it with me start to finish. Awesome group of individuals.
