Very Dissapointed Have been there 3 times 1st time I took my mother, 1hr 15 mins late 2nd time , for myself, reception forgot to put my booking in , 30 minutes late 3rd time, I got in there , 2.52pm for my appointment which was 3.45pm, I watched multiple people come in and go in , at 4.13 pm I said to reception, I’ve been waiting a long time, people are coming in and going straight in I’m going, if my test results are imporasnt, can you get Dr to ring them to me ! If u book ur appointment at 3:30 u gotta go there at 5:30 to be on time.
Worst doctor’s imaginable!! Extremely long wait times and the doctors can’t even pretend they care… avoid at all costs
Ridiculous wait. Requested to see the other doctor who was free but wouldn’t let me change as I booked online. No consideration in helping decrease wait times of patients by requesting a change in doc. My appointment was 4.30pm and i am still waiting at 5.30pm to be seen.
