Ridiculous wait. Requested to see the other doctor who was free but wouldn’t let me change as I booked online. No consideration in helping decrease wait times of patients by requesting a change in doc. My appointment was 4.30pm and i am still waiting at 5.30pm to be seen.
Appalling care by Dr Sam Rahim! I rang prior to my appointment to ask if Dr Sam was running on time . I was told yes. I get there and was forced to only wait 35 minutes today. However, given I had the second appointment of the day , I still think that is a disgrace. I am convinced Dr Sam has a nanna nap between appointments. Dr sam rahim is the rudest doctor I've ever met. Hope your prepared to wait all day because it's possible, just to be seen by this arrogant man, he is an absolute joke of a doctor
Doctors, nurse and receptionist are always late and never open on time. And it's not just the odd occasion. It's almost every day. No idea why staff are not spoken to about this because it's been happening for months now. And the reception and nurse do not know how the appointment system works. Non urgent cases who booked an appointment after your booked appointment see the nurse before you. People with no appointment and non emergency issues are placed ahead of those with booked appointments. Management needs to step in and... read more
The shopping centre is very nice, the shops are great and they serve a variety of excellent products, the leather shop has good selection of items for all ages especially children’s shoes and accessories . Woolworths & Aldi both sell good quality products . Dr Kumar at the Riverwood plaza MC is a good and a very caring doctor , I agree with the other reviewer , Other GP I do not recommend I had to wait a while though I was on time .
