We absolutely love our home. Being a new build with many hands involved with the construction, you are bound to have some issues arise. With any issue we have had, Riverwood has been prompt to address and correct. The buying process was another area where Riverwood excelled. They made everything so easy and were very helpful along the way. We look forward to many years in this beautiful home!

This is not the first new home we have purchased, but it is definitely the highest quality. There is real attention to detail, and Riverwood’s representative,Tony, was very attentive to any minor issues we had during our warranty the first year. We are super pleased with the location, spaciousness, and quality of our Riverwood home, and definitely recommend them.

Overall buying experience was excellent. Riverwood was very easy to work with. There's a lot of design options included as part of the standard features and they were very accommodating with making alterations at reasonable prices.

We bought a Riverwood Home in June and are so happy with it. The buying process was smooth, RW was adaptable to our schedule and needs regarding move-in timing. The home is very well built with great location, beautiful finishes, solar panels and ample closet space (all are finished with permanent shelving). Response time is quick with any questions or needs we have had. We will continue to recommend Riverwood Homes in our community. Thanks so much for everything, we are in love with our new home!
