I cannot recommend these people enough. Everyone is amazing. Shoutouts to Baylee and Wayne for everything that they did!! Any future homes will for sure be through Riverwood! Cannot emphasize how much I love my house Edit over 2 years later Having large number of issues with the house with fencing, flooring, electrical, carpet installation being poor. Overall, just seems that the contractors used were lazy
This is my second Riverwood Homes home and I wouldn’t build or buy from any other builder in NWA. Riverwood is locally owned and operated and has been for many years. They will be around long after out-of-town builders have moved on and Riverwood cares about their reputation for quality and customer service in the communities they serve. I was kept up to date on building process, made aware of delays, inspections all the way from signing contract till close. My calls or emails were always returned in a timely manner and my questions answered. Very professional and good people to work with. I love my new home, very well built and great quality materials.
