Riverwood Homes is a local homebuilder that has been in business for many years and has a strong presence in our Northwest Arkansas community. Check out their design studio, it's amazing!
Not the same quality as before unfortunately. A builder is only as good as the companies they contract with. Their HVAC contractor performed a shoddy, substandard HVAC installation for which I ended up paying over $1.4k to have a third-party HVAC company correct so that my HVAC system installation now meets minimum manufacturer requirements.
Riverwood Homes did a great job building my new home! Also, they have been super prompt to address the few minor warranty issues that I have experienced. Top notch company! Highly recommend Riverwood!
