Houses built in lightening speed but quality control especially with the inside details is lacking. I have lived here a month and have already had to have the stove top replaced, breaker switches replaced, crown molding replaced, microwave frame put back on (it fell off in the night and came crashing down to the floor). Water was coming in the garage in the recent rains under the garage door. My roof has issues as well which they tried to fix and ended up damaging another area of the roof! I have been very impressed with all the information I've been able to get very quickly from the Riverwood team, ranging from financing to design and layout.
My wife and I had a great experience with the team at Riverwood; looking to build is a little intimidating, but they were so helpful and gave us much peace of mind as we explored the process.
Great homes at a fantastic price point! Finishes were all high end. Communication was perfect as well. Very pleased with our interactions with this builder.
