Your front desk help Lee is non professional at the window. If u don't know your job than ask questions. Lee needs some training on how to talk to people. If it was not for my family member being seen. I would have walked out.
Please go anywhere else. If you use Medicaid Donaraki Center in St Joseph is SOOOO much better. This place treats you like shit. Appointments are like maybe once a month, the therapists there don't listen to you. I had a therapist here for. Little bit and she left without a warning and I was scared to get therapy for a long time after because of it.
