Horrible place! My boyfriend got stuck with an appointment that he couldn't go to and has tried days of contacting them to reschedule and no one will answer him resulting in a payment he is now stuck with. The receptionist lady has the nastiest attitude and insists on cutting off people and talk down on them when they call.
Ive only done my initial intake appointment to get in to see a psychiatrist for medication management and can say it is so blatantly clear that none of these staff members listen or care. They tried to put me with a therapist when I specifically said I just need a psychiatrist for medication management. I was given a form to fill out with a bunch of questions then wasn't even asked for it and was asked verbally the same questions I filled out (way to waste paper and time!) First off, I was a patient here for 13 years, so this is not coming from a one and done visit. I had a lapse in my insurance from November last year to July this year. During this time I went to two appointments, both at which I stated I did not have insurance and provided my financial information. The front desk assured me that I only had a copay and collected it from me. I received a bill in the mail for full cost of both visits, over $500.
