Definitely would recommend! We needed to cancel last minute, super easy no questions asked. We booked again for the next weekend and had a great experience.
The experience takes almost all questions out of the equation. There is parking where the pick-up spot is. They shuttle you to interstate park and pick you up down river at the Osceola landing. The experience doesn't feel rushed because they allow you to be on the river as long as you would like, provided you make their last shuttle pickup time for the day. The pricing is very cheap for the experience you get. Have been several times over the course of the last few years.
We have used Riverwood several times and they are great! Friendly people & great service, we will keep coming back!
