Riverwood specializes in one 7 mile trip on the St. Croix River; Interstate Park to Osceola Landing. Throughout the summer Riverwood offers 4 daily start times; 9, 11, 1 and 3. Guests start by arriving at Riverwood’s NEW HOME in Osceola, Wi 10 minutes before their scheduled start time. Riverwood leaves from there to bring guests up to Interstate Park, a 20 minute van ride. Captain Derrick was awesome to work with and rest of staff were extremely helpful as well. Would recommend this adventure for all groups including guys afternoon to family outings with kids. The water does not move quickly allowing for all ages and skill levels to participate.
THANK YOU! Riverwood has handled our group "Recovery on the River" event for 4 years - with 50-65 people attending each year with a mix of kayaks, tandems, and canoes. I don't think any other company could handle our level of fluidity - your team has always made us feel welcome amidst constant change. Your flexibility and fun attitude is what keeps us coming back!
Amazing experience!! The staff are so nice. Captain Joel is so kind and made me feel very comfortable as he drove me through town to Intestate Park. The ride was a nice way to get a look at this peaceful town. I also appreciate the staff that helped me brought back the kayak, I realized it was quite far from where they parked so he had to carried it quite a distance and the staff that waited to drive me back. Next time I will ask if I could leave a tip for the team. Definitely will come back again soon!
