Love the shutters. We have remodeled three different times and ordered shutters each time. Would definitely recommend Riverwood’s shutters. They are very helpful when ordering to make sure you get what you need . The shutters are easy to install yourself. I have no contractors skills but put them up with ease and they look great. Hopefully we won’t be doing any more remodeling, but if we do and need shutters, Riverwood will definitely be getting another call.
Great Customer Service and very knowledgeable sales and measurement support. I have spoken to Barb on the phone and through email, prior to placing my order and she is always happy to assist.

We had a great experience with Riverwood - Barb measured carefully, the shutters came quickly, and they were installed within a few days. When a shipping issue arose, Barb went above-and-beyond to deal with it. And the shutters look great - the transformative impact is far beyond our expectations. The rooms look bigger and having shutters on every window makes for a very coherent flow.
Our second time ordering - pricing/quality/delivery all very good, I would not hesitate to order from them again.
