It was fast and easy to setup a new account. Anna Weeks was awesome and provided me with excellent customer service. Trey was awesome too! I also love that this bank and it's employees are very involved with the community. 😃
Calling them and trying to get a live person is almost impossible. The call also gets transferred to a bank I Wisc ! On hold for over 10 minutes.
They won't let you make certain purchases without calling them first. And they are not willing to do work with businesses that are on reservations.
