Editing again- @ "The Owner" - Management Is fully aware of everything I have stated in my review. I feel like taking people's personal rights away to smoke on the patio while people that renewed for 12 or 18 months prior to this whole his roll out still have that right. I can understand not smoking on common areas such as the pool etc. But the way this rolled out has made it very unconformable- as I stated. People snitching on each other. I want to edit this post- I have lived here 3 years now and want to be honest about what has been happening. We have had an influx of random homeless people walking up on residents at night- car break ins that are never reported to the community. Recently - without any formal notice they decided to make it a non smoking community. There was no community notice about it.
