My husband and I lived here for a year after marriage and I can confidently say the management is the best i've ever seen at an apartment complex. The floor plans are great, THE MAINTENANCE IS AMAZING!! The only issue we had was with a downstairs neighbor who would not stop complaining about us even though we are a very quiet, childless, keep-to-ourselves couple. I love this community! It is beautiful, incredibly close to everything that I need. The maintenance team is very responsive, and the office staff have always been very kind and helpful. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new apartment.
It has taken me a few weeks to get around to writing this review, as I have been getting settled in from a cross country move. My experience has been great with Riverwood from the very start. Heather has been amazing at calming my stresses from the move and having everything ready and beautiful for my move in day. I had to have a couple of minor issues repaired after my first few days of living here and Sergio was prompt and fixed the problems perfectly. I love my new residence here and you will too! Since moving in, we have had numerous issues with the appliances & had a really bad move in. The apartment was filthy
I had such a great experience with the staff at Riverwood. The manager is incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to assist residents. The staff is friendly and responsive, making sure any concerns are handled quickly. The community is well-maintained and a great place to call home!
