1. The most important thing is the sound and I'll get to that in a moment. Firstly, connecting to my MacBook pro via bluetooth was very quick and effortless. 2. The packaging was excellent and I'll be able to reuse the shipping box to safely transport the speaker when I travel to a cottage or visiting with family. These things are amazing! We have one in our Cafe and it is used 8 to 10 hours a day and still sounds amazing! Not only do they sound amazing, they look amazing and are built by local people using local wood. The owners are HUGE supporters of local people and businesses and are stand up people. I wouldn't buy anything but a Riverwood Speaker. You won't be disappointed.
