IM HEARTBROKEN! I'm literally sobbing and shaking as I write this. I went there to check on my loved one, and noticed that they had a cut on their arm that was not taken care of. I could see that it hasn't been cleaned for along time. It should have been something to heal after some bandages and being cleaned, but it was nasty and infected. It has been there for a month! The best staff! Best care!! I'm extremely thankful we found RW. It's hard to know which is the best assisted living in this community when you are faced with the next stage of your parents' life. It's not a brand spanking new place, but it sure feels like home. I live across the country so the RW nurse, video conferenced the doctor appointment so I could ask the Dr questions. Above & Beyond! I can rest peacefully.
