Noticed had slow flat tyre rang ti check size all goid booked midday arrive slightly earlier no problem .....I face the wrong size over ohone luckily had correct one in stock tyre changed quickly 😀 very happy with service nice friendly bloke chatty not an issue will use and recommend again thank you
Absolutely shocking experience Pics attached Broke my locking wheel nut key which is cus my wheels were so tight, Stuck the incorrect wheel nut remover key over the nut and got it stuck in my wheel and left it! Went in for 4 tyres Got one fitted which wasn’t the size I agreed on which he didn’t know he had then fitted 3 tyres on my car and sheared off my locker, then could remove it for extra but couldn’t 😂 so I left with 3 fitted and one in the boot! Came in for two tyre replacements, they were fine and the price was reasonable. But I was handled by the most rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, arrogant and aggressive man I’ve ever come across. His attitude stank, he made me feel very uncomfortable and this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
AVOID USING. I phoned up for two run flat tyres, yeh we have them they said, get down there and 'oh no part worns. Not Evan matching. Then discover one tyre has a flappy piece hanging off the side wall and the other has two punctures repaired. But the very worst part Is that a few MONTHS later I get a parking charge from them Evan though the guy said he put my details in the computer. 2 rubbish tyres just cost me £240
Appointment made for 10.30am for 2 tires quoted £90, I thought great what a bargain! I was unsure if I was at the right place and no one was around so I called him 10 mins prior to our appointment. When he answered the phone, he said he was feeling rough and might be there for 11am. Despite the unprofessionalism I thought I give the guy a chance and waited.
