Poorly run and maintained. Security cameras and security gate work sporadically at best, multiple utility and security issues during my 2 year stay. Power out for nearly a week, water out for days, no communication from site supervisor. The near constant for 2 years, piles of mulch, that's left for months to rot caused horrible dust & hey fever issues, various stray animals called the bin areas home and the housing next door will play EXTREMELY LOUD music from mid afternoon Friday, non stop, to late Sunday.
