Ever since doctor Kazum left, this centres professionalism and service has declined. This used to be 1 of the most respected medical centres but not any more. I dont recommend coming here. Reception staff dont care and you are treated as a number
not a good experience with the Doctor, She not really caring patient just only want finished the job and click you out from the room.
I haven't had the greatest experience through the couple times I have had to come here. I have only booked here for prescriptions refills, and I moved to the area so this was convenient. I had my information transferred over from my last doctors, and the dr I saw at this practice made me feel like I was abusing my prescriptions or faking it as they couldn't see the records of my previous doctor prescribing it to me, and she was just very judgemental every time I saw her. The doctors are great now Dr kazuum Johnson has gone...the only problem is I never want to call because there is one receptionist there that needs to have a holiday or something. She proper hates her job and I hate to say it but is a major Karen!!!!! You are a receptionist, no medical degree at all... Do intrude on peoples appointments and have some care when dealing with patients please.
