I have a very good and though Dr Jiby Jose she is amazing I recommend her she has compassion
I am very disappointed in Riverway Medical Centre. I asked for a phone consultation and when one wasn't available for a few days was given what turned out to be a face to face consult which I obviously missed. (It was not mentioned by reception that it was not the phone call for which I had asked.) I phoned again and asked for another phone consult and when that didn't happen on time I was told by reception that the doctor wouldn't give a repeat prescription as I wasn't her patient. Bit late!!
