I placed my sister in Riverway in May 2034. In approximately 4-5 months the care began to decline. I will mention a few things.First, Laundry wasn’t being done and the sheets hadn’t been changed for about 6 weeks. I then started to do them myself. Next, the bathroom wasn’t being cleaned regularly or even if I asked it to be cleaned. The floors were so dirty your shoes stuck. I had the pleasure of attending an event at this senior community. I was extremely impressed with the staff. They are very attentive to the residents needs. Cindy Lorraine-Paski the Admissions Director and Mickie Schneider the Super Executive Director both do an amazing in making such a wonderful environment.
What a remarkable facility and staff! My 91-year-old father-in-law, who is not always easy to satisfy, is genuinely happy about his move to Riverway. He feels welcomed, noticed, and important at Riverway. With every concern, administrators and employees have adapted so that his needs could be met in a way that was comforting to him. Residents, too, have been generous in their welcome and acceptance. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience so far at Riverway Assisted Living in South Jordan, Utah
