Update 21 August 2025 I have been a patient at Riverwatch Dental for several years. Due to frequent work travel, my last visit was nearly two years ago, when Dr. Perpall accurately diagnosed the cause of inflammation in the upper part of my left jaw. The issue turned out to be a hairline crack in the root of my tooth extending into the jawbone—something that had previously been misattributed to hormonal factors by my primary care physician. Had a broken filling with a cracked tooth and decay building up under the old filling. I think this might have been the best experience I ever had, first time not feeling any pain, not even discomfort and the end result was actually quite beautiful. Couldn’t be more pleased.
